Just coming off our first Business Presentation as new Coordinators for Western Ma. & Northern Ct. and WOW!!!! People do GET IT!! I was starting to get a bit worried that people thought the American dream was dead, but thank God, and YES I can say that, people do GET IT!!
It was a full house and very exciting. The Internet is where the American Dream is now and the question being "Are you ready to look"? Or are you going to let this one pass by as well.
When your kids or grand children ask you in a few years, "Where were you dad, or granddad, when the Internet was taking off and everyone was financially growing with it"??
Same answer you gave them with the real estate question or all the others?? The only exception here is that the Internet IS "The Most Predictable Trend in the History of the World". The only question left is what end do you want to be on????

The 45 Year Plan?? Ever hear of it?? I didn't until I was 53. Damn!! Did that shock me. Was I really mislead or just stuck in "The Rut", working for someones else success?
